We are having a discussion about 'Click Email' in regards to results from one of our email send campaigns. Obviously Clicks Link is self explanatory, but what exactly is Click Email? Would anyone be able to tell me the difference exactly?
Thanks,
Chris
Solved! Go to Solution.
In a raw activity log context:
Click Email == clicked link in the body of an email (tracked by branding domain)
Click Link == clicked <A> link in web page (tracked by Munchkin)
I believe that is the distinction you're looking for.
If any of the leads have clicked links in your email, that would be considered as Click link. With Click email do you mean Opens an email or Click link in email?
Thanks

Where do you see the 'Click Email'? Is that a flow action?
A screen shot might be useful

"Click Email" is one of the columns in the Email Performance Report. It simply indicates how many unique leads clicked on a link in the email. It's used to determine click-thru rate.
