Channel "Email send" vs "Newsletter"

Hi guys,

just a short basic question. Could anyone tell me the difference between the channel "Email send" and "Newsletter"?

We're planning to send a weekly Newsletter, which one fits better?

Those are out-of-the-box channels. You can navigate to "Admin" > "Tags" > "Channel". Double click on each and view the progression steps and successes to determine which is the best fit for this specific email.
