Change of Status Not Updating

I have a program that is not updating the "change program status" properly. I have it set to mark them as "registered" after they fill out the form and it is only marking them as "invited". Any idea how to fix this?

I'd check the campaign flow results.

It may be that some of the leads are not triggering the registration flow itself, but your form is local so you get the first member status.

It's hard to say what the issue could be without seeing the full program or your system, but is it possible that leads have run through this program already and it is set to only allow them to run through it once?

It isn't going backwards, it is just not changing them from invited to registered. It will for about half of the people registering but the other half if wont. We are still testing the program so I know I am registering for my own event but the system is only marking me as invited.

Is Registerd a Status that comes after Invited? Marketo can't go backwards in Program Statuses.
