Absolutely Amazing! Great tips to follow.
Dan, I've been getting the same feedback from my clients. Why can we not schedule reports and have the ability to auto-deactivate on a certain date? Definitely a missing basic feature.
Great points! It's always best to have sales onboard and working closely with you.
Essential concepts and time savers - especially for early-stage implementation.
Great tips, Chelsea! Especially love #3 - as our team starts to support more product lines and projects from external agencies, it's so important to be able to share with them the data they're looking for in a manageable way!
Great tips & tricks, Chelsea Kiko! The 'center of excellence' with program templates are game changer for our instance.
Good stuff Chelsea!
Lead Lifecycle always seems to be a hurdle for new customers. Best part was "make sure it's set in stone before pushing" -- LLC can be difficult to updated later, and definitely has some impacts on reporting if done incorrectly. Great tips, Chelsea Kiko!
That would be great!!
Thanks for the feedback, Cayce Armstrong - I can totally put together some more tricks on a video and share on my social platforms!
That is SO my philosophy, Dory Viscogliosi ! I've always said that, work smarter - not harder
Thanks, Darrell Alfonso!
These are great tips - I wish this video had existed when I first set up my Marketo account! I'd love to see a future video that includes the other best practices you didn't get to include in this video.
Super helpful
Cloneable programs - amen!
Work smarter, not harder. Love it the ideas!
Great video Chelsea!
Thanks!
Love the tip on automated reporting and subscriptions for performance. Creating these really saves time and helps you scale while also providing key metrics to stake holders in your org.
Report subscriptions was a lifesaver (and huge timesaver!) for me at my previous org. Sales managers wanted to see what leads were hitting certain web pages frequently in order to help tailor conversations, and it really helped by keeping them informed and out of the instance!
