Capturing Lead from Calendar File (.ics) Link/Download

@SanfordWhiteman Sandy, I've successfully used your directions from your Stop using direct download links (unless you want to lose tracking!) blog to record hits to an .ics file that's not in a Marketo email. But when I tested it with my colleagues, their lead info was not recorded. I set up the empty landing page as the redirector. But I had to modify the trigger, adding in the full address of the asset, make it work:

Visits Web Page:
Web Page contains:  info.companyname.com/calendar#https://info.companyname.com/rs/XXX-XXX-XXX/XXX/calendar-file.ics

Why are we not able to capture lead info from known leads (the colleagues who tested are in the Marketo database)?

Looks like it’s logging the pageview to me:

I'd have to see the real link.

Thanks for the reply, @SanfordWhiteman. Here is the link:

info.fiserv.com/calendar#https://info.fiserv.com/rs/989-OPI-060/8039/Forum+2024+Client+VIP+Reception.ics

My Smart Campaign is:

with a flow of adding the lead to a static list.

Thanks again.
