capture aging of MQL

I would love ot know how people are capturing aging of when a lead goes from one stage to the next without an added BI tool.  Any help is appreciated.

there was a previous thread on this today.

When a lead changes Stages, stamp them with a date: MQL Date Entry and MQL Date Exit. You'll need a formula field to calculate the days between those. These fields should be stamped ONCE and not updated again.

Is this necessary once you have a revenue cycle model created?  Is there anyway to retro process this if you don't have it set up already?  Specifically I have 6 months of marketo data where I"m being asked to calculate average time from Lead to MQL to SQL.

It shouldn't be necessary if you have RCE, but using the methods Josh is prescribing can allow you to dig deeper into the data than RCE allows.  You can create a Model Performance Report in RCE to get at this data.  If you're looking for your turnaround time from MQL to SQL, here are the parameters.

To stage includes SQL

Stage includes MQL

Measures:  Average Transition Time & Flow (for quantity)

Row/column:  Stage & To Stage.
