Hi All,
We have a webinar with registrants with registered status and we have the list of multiple registrants for which we want to cancel the registration. Is there a way to unregister them from Marketo so when they click on the joining link they are not allowed to enter the webinar.
One way we could find is to select registrants from zoom under manage attendees and cancel the registration but we have about 1900 records so we cannot select them one by one , is there a way to cancel them using CSV file in zoom.
Regards
Solved! Go to Solution.
Not built-in. You can update registration using a custom Zoom API call (not part of the connector).
But note it’s not just removal from the program, you’d need to trigger on deleting the lead as well. This is quite tricky in Marketo: you need to run all deletes via an “offboarding” type campaign instead of simply right-clicking and hitting Delete, and everyone needs to follow that process.
Run a flow step to change their program status to 'Not in Program'
HI @jsiebert ,
Thank you for your response i have tested a sample lead , if they have a webinar joining link and than i am changing the program status to " not in program" , but that joining link is still opening and is functional. any more insights will be helpful
Regards
@Recho, I am afraid you’d have to use the Zoom app to cancel the registration. To cancel/deny registrants in bulk, select multiple registrants' checkboxes and click the Cancel Registration button. They will not be able to join with the registration links provided. You’d have to manually remove people/change people to the apt member status of people you end up cancelling registration so both the systems are in sync. I would like to hear community’s thoughts if there are any OOTB (and likely, undocumented) ways to manage the cancellations via the native Marketo - Zoom integration.

Thought so too- needs custom development, can’t be accomplished with the native integration. Thanks, Sandy!
Thank you very much Darshil and Sanford as always you are of great support. We ended up in cancelling and recreating webinar with correct targeting.
