Any tokens used in a triggered alert will use whatever tokens that are applicable to each lead/program.  So yes.

I am running some email campaigns and want to add my team members in the mail as cc, so that when the customer reply back it goes to the entire team and not just me.

The bigger flaw is that this assumes your leads will use Reply-All.  No one should be expected to do that and you shouldn't base any reporting on it!

If you want the responses to go to a team, like Ashley says, the emails must either have Reply-To: set to a group address, or all responses must have identifiable markers allowing your IT to build forwarding rules. The latter is hard to accomplish reliably.
