Have been trying to test my trigger campaign but any of my Salesforce leads with my email address or any of my test leads with gmail, hotmail, yahoo email addresses, etc will skip the email step. I created a brand new Outlook email today that has never been in our system and that behaved the same way. I have resorted to using friends and family member corporate addresses and having them send me what they're receiving. Not exactly efficient (or professional for that matter).
I have an open ticket with Marketo Support but have not heard back for 20 hours even with repeated requests for update.
Has anyone else run into this? Is there anywhere in Marketo I can update to ensure my test emails don't skip the email step in the flow?
