Can't Change Channel, Option Not Listed

I copied a newsletter program to a blog program and need to change the channel from Newsletter to Blogs, but Blogs is not listed as an option. I checked my Admin > Tags and Blogs exists as do several others that are not showing up under the Program Channel selection. What am I missing?

Newsletter was an email send, as is Blog. Newsletter has a channel and Blog has a channel. I deleted the Blog channel and recreated it and it showed up finally in the dropdown list on the program. Everything is right in the world again.

You cannot always change a Program's channel. Is the original newsletter an Email Send? These are different than blogs.

The other thing is you have to remove ALL of the Status references in local campaigns before it would let you try this.

I would create a new Program since it sounds like this one is very different than the original.
