Check you smart list filter, is there a chance you have wrongly selected a blocked or marketing suspended list.

It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of your smartlist or you can check on your end. May be there would be the case smartlist is wrong set up or other than people might be have invalid/empty email address, or may get unsubscribe, marketing suspended true.

I would suggest viewing the members "blocked" from your campaign. Then create a custom view to see fields like: Unsubscribed, Marketing Suspended. Then you can see if there is an issue there. Also, have you sent other communications in the same day? If so, have they hit communication limits?
Otherwise, I agree with the others, It would be helpful to see the smart list and flow for this to see what you have set up.

This might be the problem with the smart list you have added the wrong smart list or not properly set this error only for the smart list, it should be like this:
These three filters will filter out and you will see the exact status of the schedule set to effect around.

@NikiY Do you have a preference centre and running Opt-In /out for privacy consent at an operational level?
This could be another filter blocking your whole audience if set up incorrect.
