can i pull a list of people who unsubscribed using Gmail header unsubscribe?

I couldn't figure out how to isolate those who are unsubscribing from Gmail's "unsubscribe" option in the header. Anyone have ideas? thanks

With this filter you can know all the people who unsubscribed in the email, if you want only the Gmail header, exclude those who clicked on the unsubscribe link or who filled out the unsubscribe form depending on how you have created your process. EDIT: this is not the correct way to distinguish X-List-Unsubscribe. The correct method is described in the thread linked above.
