I am running a nurture campaign with an engagement program and noticed that one of my members was "reset" due to a soft bounce (even though they actually clicked through on the email). When Marketo tried to "reset stream when 1st Email bounces" the contact's member status was rejected because they technically are in the program. I would normally assume all is okay, because they are in the program, except for the fact that email #2 did not launch for this person.
Am I missing something?
