Calendar File token and daylight savings

Hello Marketo Hivemind!
Got a question regarding how the ICS file handles time changes around daylight savings.

We have an event happening in April and the invite is scheduled to go out BEFORE the upcoming time change on March 10th.  Because the file is listing the time using EST will will there be any issues on the recipient's calendar?  Or do we need to adjust the times by an hour based on the new time and us moving to EDT for the summer?

To complicate this slightly more this webinar is also being promoted in Europe and they change their times on a different schedule than in the US.

I do realize we are just sending a file with a date/time and the recipients email/calendar client will be processing this but wanted to confirm if anyone has run into issues before with this? Or if we are just good to send out as it is and it will all work itself out?

You never, ever need to manage time zones yourself.
