Calculating Number of Leads

Is there a fast way to get the number of leads for a campaign? I've been waiting for what seems like forever, for the number of existing leads and then I also clicked it so it would show me the actual leads list and the bottom right hand is still calculating.

Just wondering if there's another way to get this number.

run the same smart list separately.

If it is complex, it will take a while.

okay, tried that too, but still took awhile. I finally got the number. TY
