Build Revenue Cycle Model using SiriusDecisions Rearchitected Demand Waterfall

Hi,

My Company is trying to modify our existing RCM to mirror the SiriusDecisions Rearchitected Demand Waterfall. I am wondering if anyone here has done the same and would be willing to share their model? I am specifically interested in learning how to best integrate AQLs that are fast tracked to sales and SGL (sales generated lead) into the model?

Do you mean how to trigger the transition?

Did you modify your Lead Statuses and other stages?

I'd probably use Lead is Created = SFDC + whatever criteria, for SGL.
 

Fast Tracks are run by the form they fill out or via Score depending on your fast track choice.
