We are trying to test a few emails under an email program. However we cannot locate the specific email when we type it in the batch campaign.
Has anyone else experience this or know of a bug that is causing this to happen?
Are you trying to do A/B testing within an Email Program or are you simply trying to send an email through a batch campaign? If just sending from a batch campaign, the only requirement is that the email is approved and in the same workspace.
Simply trying to send an email which has been approved in a batch campaign.
If you don't see the email you're looking for in the dropdown, please file a ticket with support. That is not expected behavior.
I agree here, but whenever this has happened, a refresh of the browser sometimes works. Try clicking on Design Studio, then come back to this campaign and try again.
