I'm trying to compare various email campaigns against one another inside of RCE (at an individual lead level).
Instead of having to run multiple reports and then pulling all of the data together I was curious if there is a way to "bucket" or group them together without necessarily having anything distinct between them (tag in the column).
Trying to learn if we are having greater success with our metrics as a result of various content or if the audiences between the content is unique.
Is there such a feature or a way to accomplish this without having to plan in advance with new tags?
Thank you
Can you give us a screenshot of the table you are expecting?
Are you using Programs and how are you using? The best way to do this in RCE is with Program Opp or Program Member reports sliced with Tags, names, or metrics. Which metric are you tracking? That will make a big difference on the answer.
This is something that I would like to see:
I want to compare Emails 1 through 7 at the individual lead level but group various emails together as they share a similar type of message and content. I did not plan my example well enough but the idea of the report would be to identify if the engagement was a characteristic of the content or a characteristic of the individual that receives the content (a majority don't get get all the emails).
Just using standard Email programs to send out the emails, nothing fancy going on.
We don't use Opportunities, I did just look into Program Membership Analysis and I think I see the path you are headed down. This would require us to reexamine a lot of our current practices but could be a good direction. But I still don't see how the "bucketing" could happen without the foresight of appropriate tagging.
Thank you
I'm not sure it's possible to this without extracting the data into a BI tool.
If you use the LA report, you can get the row you want, and possibly some other data. You can also try the EA report to at least do the first table, but probably not the rest of the table. I don't have RCE now, so going by memory.
But Program Membership is designed to get closer to this if you are using Success, Clicked, etc. But it won't show you the lead's individual actions.
Thank you for the help.
Looks like I'm stuck either way by using tags to group them together. But you've given me additional ideas around the use of program membership that I may have to look into moving forward.
