I'm receiving an error within Marketo, where a Status list is showing "N/A" as leads being blocked. I know for a fact that is incorrect, as I put a filter on that I know to equate to blocked leads (Unsubscribe = false), and there are people within the results tab that are showing as Unsubscribe = true. I've also checked the smart logic and everything is in order.
Is there a reason the system would show "N/A" for blocked leads, and is it a haulting point on mailing users? Or am I cleared to continue to send mails?
Please let me know the potential cause and if I can still push out marketing materials.
