block personal email addresses

I used a script to block personal email address and it works on the 2.0 forms, but can't seem to get it work on the older forms.  Is it possible on the older forms?  Thanks.

Form 1.0? Should work. Maybe you need to tweak something. Check developers.marketo.com or the older threads on this topic.
