Best way to pause people who have only opened 1 out of 10 emails in an engagement Stream

I need to pause anyone who has opened 0-1 Emails out of 10 Emails received in an Engagement Nurture Stream.

Can someone recommend the best way to set this up? Thank you.

Create a smart campaign with was sent email ‘email name’ AND Not Opened Email Inactivity filter use Date of Activity Constraint and Minimum number of times Constraint (set it as 2), select change engagement program cadence set it as paused in the flow step.

Hmm, doesn't look like that's going to catch the right people.

The fact that someone Was Sent one or more of a list of emails doesn't mean those are the emails being checked by a separate Inactivity filter!

You need advanced filters to do this right:

Was Sent with all the emails

AND 

   (

     Not Opened with all the emails

     OR

     (

       Opened with all the emails 

       AND

       Not Opened with all the emails, min number of times 2

      )
