Best Practice around Bounced Email Addresses

Hi All

What would be considered best pracitce in handling bounced emails?  Should I delete these out of Marketo? Salesforece?  Both?  I would really like guidance on this since i feel like they are dirtying up our data.

Hi Mary, I try sending my leads 3 emails, if all 3 get hard bounced, I mark them as marketing suspended. That way they are still in my system, but we stop trying to email them because it affects our delieverabilty rates.  As for soft bounces, I noticed that after a couple of tries the email does go through (sometimes), so I leave them alone.
