Best method for Salesforce users to mass email?

I know they can send individual emails via MSI, but what's the best way for sales agents to mass email contacts/leads from within Salesforce?

Anthony,

You can send mass Marketo emails with Sales Insight.

Select Leads or Contacts using the Lead/Contact View on the Lead/Contact Tab.

When you select one or more Leads, you can then press Send Sales Insight Email button at the top of the panel. That will send all the selected records the same email from Marketo. This bypasses the SFDC email send limit.

Great, thank you. I had to add the "Send Marketo Email" button to the page layout.

On the email composition screen, it lists all of the emails in the "To" field. The emails are sent to each recipient separately, right? I wouldn't want to publicly expose our contacts email addresses.

As far as I know they should go individually. Maybe you should check with Support on that. That doesn't sound right.
