We are adding email subscription options to our unsubscribe page. Currently, there are no options and the lead is unsubscribed from everything.
I am going the route of creating a custom field for each type of communication and need some advice on the following:
1) Removed
2) What to do with the current unsubscribed field? Keep it as is or convert it to one of the new options? Meaning change it from "Unsubscribed" to "Customer Newsletter Opt-Out"
Any advice and tips you can share is greatly appreciated!
