What is the smartest thing to do.

Should create a new smart campaign for each step?
Can someone help here? Thank you!

Hi

You can use Token inside a program and token type should be SCORE. Tokens work across multiple campaigns inside a program. You can always update the scoring values anytime it is required.

Re: Behavior lead scorings

So you think its better to create different smart campaigns? And then make the token?

But in this SCORE token. That means that all campaign in the map I am choosing will change the score?

Re: Behavior lead scorings

We use a single program in our global/default instance which applies to activity throughout our entire instance (23 workspaces).  All tokens are contained within this single program.  Within the program, we have two campaign folders - "Behavioral" and "Demographic".  And within each of these folders, we have separate smart campaigns for each score type (where the B/D score is adjusted AND the total lead score is adjusted.

Re: Behavior lead scorings

Hi Dan Stevens, first of all, thanks for your good answer!
Just to be clear. What about your flow in each of these smart campaigns, do you also make the "change score" for instance in your "clicks link on web page" make the change to +1.
Or do also make all these tokens as well. Sorry, but im almost new in this. Thanks

Mads - here's a sample of the smart list and two flow steps for a single smart campaign (in this case, clicking more than 5 or more links on our website within 12 hours):

Re: Behavior lead scorings

Hi Dan Stevens,

Thank you, it makes sense. So if you want to chance the score, you can just go into your tokens and change it ther right?

Re: Behavior lead scorings

Yes, the token-approach makes it very easy to get a birds-eye view of your entire scoring model; and allows you to quickly make tweaks/changes as needed.  I'll be touching upon this during my panel presentation at Summit in April.
