Basic question about program acquisition
If someone fills out a form that lives inside of a program, will that program automatically be credited as the source program?

Yes.
This is why I don't recommend having Forms that live in Programs. But sometimes it works.

You must have a local landing page for the acquisition program to automatically set for the new lead that is created.
