Anyone "re-parent the custom object"?

Hi -

We are using custom objects to track user product interest on our website.... things are working well, but we've run into an issue when users get merged automaticly we loose the custom objects associated to one of the accounts. The Marketo documentation says  :

Caution:

When merging people, if the losing person has a Marketo custom object, it will not get re-associated to the winning person. Please re-parent the custom object prior to performing the merge.

but I can't find any documentationon how to do that. Anyone had any sucsess with that?

Yes, re-parenting means using the Update endpoint, finding COs by their marketoGUID.

Thanks- I guess that should be obvious, to me it just read that you would be able to do it through the site admin.
