I'd like to have feedbacks of people using the same scoing model; if you don't, any advice is welcome !! We have the Spark edition and we're on Salesforce Professional edition.
We are using 3 scoring fields :
- Demographic Score
- behavior Score
- Lead Score
Whenever we update the demographic or behavior score, we also update the Lead score field, so that the Lead Score always equals Demographic + Behavior Score.
But we encounter a pb :
- when 2 leads are merged - Marketo automatically adds up the Lead score of the former and new lead, without adding up the 2 other fields = Lead score doesn't equal behavior+demographic score anymore.
- when a lead is converted to an existing contact - Marketo automatically adds up the Lead score of the former and new lead, without adding up the 2 other fields = Lead score doesn't equal behavior+demographic score anymore.
Has anyone gone through the same issue ?
