Any good work-arounds to control where progressive profiling fields appear in the form?

I would like to be able to control where progressive profiling fields appear in the form, instead of being forced to have them appear at the end of the form.

For example:

First name
last name
<insert 2 progressive profiling demographic fields>
email
enewsletter subscription check box


Have any of you found a work around for a similar use case that makes this possible?

Michelle, not sure there is a way to do this in the WYSIWYG. I can believe you can do it if you dive into the HTML.
