Hi,

I was practicing people performance report and have all the below columns to view. However, I didn't understand how the won-closed percentage(% Won) being calculated? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I believe it is looking at the Total Opps for that Person and doing # Wins / Total Opps in the period you chose.

TBH, this is not the best report for funnel analytics. These numbers will be very misleading for the Opp and Win #s. Best to use RCE and setup a lead lifecycle.
