Hey there,

So I'm hoping this is just some glitch or bug, but I'm in Marketo right now under Marketing Activities and all of our programs/campaigns/folders are missing except for a smart campaign we created today.

Anyone had this happen to them before or know what could be going on?

Opening  a case with MKTO too in the meantime.

As a temporary workaround to this issue I've been able to look through Audit Trail to find direct links to programs/campaigns my team was working on prior to this bug, and direct them that way.

Same thing happening in our instance, only available folder was a campaign folder I was currently working on.

Experiencing the same problem. I'm only able to access a "Local Assets" folder. Seems it's displaying within the actual program, just not letting me zoom out in my instance. Hope this is a short-term bug.

Seems to be whenever you save/update any local asset under a workspace, the workspace gets replaced in the tree. Assuming assets still exist because I can get back seemingly missing programs/smart campaigns by using the History function or by going direct to a URL. Seems like just a display issue (PHEW!).

Yes, just a display issue. I had a problem like this before due to some cacheing problem that support had to clear out.

Yep- Same here!!!  Just not all - random, entire workspaces.

Nevermind, MKTO has the following message posted under "submit a case"

Issues with Marketo Navigation Tree

UPDATE: The tree service has been reverted to the previous release and is performing better. We are still investigating the root cause of this issue.
ALERT: Some customers may be experiencing problems loading the Marketo navigation tree. Our team is investigating and will provide more information as soon as it is available.
