Alias email address in distribution list

Hi Guys,

we would like to add an email address that sends all wmployes emails to one f our newsetter distibution list.

does anyone knows what happens when someone from the employees unsubscribes the email? does it mead that the email address will unsubscribe itself? i mean all  employee's email will be unsubscribed as well?
