We just had an issue where a lead came in, filled out a form but for some reason was never synced to SFDC. I don't know why, since nothing in this campaign has changed and we've had other leads come in the same way without any issues. I'm going to chalk this up to some kind of hiccup or bug, also going to reach out to MKTO support to see if they have a better explanation.
In the meantime, is there a way to set up an alert that notifies me if a lead is created in MKTO but not synced over/created in SFDC so I can be more on top of this?

So the problem is, as soon as someone fills out a form I get a notification saying that the lead was not created in SFDC, even though it usually takes a second or two for them to sync over.
