Additional fields to standard reports

CAn anyone advise on how to create a custom report using the standard analytics that show

Initial lead source URL, score and what behavior they went through by campaign?

You can bring in data on groups of people (custom columns) and relate it to the members of a report in the leads-by reports. Here is the documentation

Now with that said some of the metrics you are looking to include in your report are one-to-many metrics that do not relate directly to a field value or the activity history of a Marketo record. Reporting on program status as it relates to lead status or lead source will work well here...
