Once a trigger campaign is activated, can you go back into that same campaign later on and continue inserting new triggers in Smart List tab? Will I need to re-activate the campaign when adding new triggers?

The issue is your trigger may fire many times. It can be good or bad, depending on what you want to achieve. You may want to limit the smart campaign to fire only once per hours (unfortunately, there is no possibility to set it to once per X minutes).
Hi Greg, I set up a batch campaign to send an email to members of a list. Then, I set up two trigger campaigns. One is checking to see if the lead opens the email while the other is checking to see if the lead clicks a link in an email. The 2 trigger campaigns will change the program status of a member if triggered.
I was fearing that you had a 1 trigger campaign with 2 triggers in it, that may fire twice.
