Adding multiple Tags for Segment

In the Setup of a programme (let's say a NL), I've added a Tag for Segment - Segment A). But I have more Segments that are part of the programme -  Segment B and Segment C. Can I /How do I add multiple Segment tags to the Set up? So it'd be: \

Tags:  

Segment: A

Segment: B 

Segment: C 

The goal is to have clean and segmented as possible reporting of the programme performance.

I think you may be misinterpreting/overstating what you can do with tags.

For the moment, let's leave aside the notion of having multiple distinct values for a tag.

Just think about having a single value that's a comma-delimited string: the tag Segment = has value "A,C". In other program, the tag Segment has value "C,D". How do you expect these to be reflected in reports?
