Adding Leads in the subscription reports

Hi,

I am trying to send reports to my teammates for all the leads who have filled a form in the past 30 days. The report subscription shows me only the number of leads who are engeged and not the lead details (like their names, phone number, contact, status, etc. ). How do i add these lead related fields in the periodic subscription mail to my internal team.

Giving a use case to elaborate.
I sent a content promotion mail to 100 people, which leads them to a landing page and leads can download a content through a form fill. Now i would like to send a monthly subscription mail to my internal team which shows a report of how many opened the mail and how many form fills etc.(which i am able to do) Now how do i add the list of leads who opened/filled the form in the smiliar mail (list including Lead first name, last name, title, phone number. etc.,) 

Would love to get any inputs on these.

You cannot do this with the Analytics reports. You would have to use the report sub as a reminder to pull the smart list.
