Adding a Constraint to Data Value Changes Trigger

I working on a campaign to change a leads marketing suspended status, the trigger is set-up for when a custom SFDC field is changed to "Idle". For this field we have multiple values, but I only want it to trigger for those leads who went from "Prospect" to "Idle".

If I choose a constraint of "Previous Value is Prospect" and second constraint of "New Value is Idle" for the same Data Value Changes Trigger. Will it only run leads through the flow who's value was "Prospect" and now is "Idle"?
