I need to add back 3 users that I previously deleted. When I try doing so using the "Add New User" button it tells me the email address already exists. Then I went into lead database to search for the email address there and it doesn't exist there. How can I get these 3 to be active users again?

Hi Josh-
These 3 were previously set up as Marketo users. Then I deleted their record from the list of users. None of them exist in SFDC either.

Are these Marketo Users? Or Leads?

Is it possible that the lead still exists in your CRM?
