Activity logs for entire account

Hi

I had someone ask me today if they could pull all email based activity of all contacts from one specific account. So he basically wants if they interacted with our contact e.g. opening, clicking etc.

So I know you can grab the activity logs of single contacts but is it possible to pull a report based off the activity of all contacts under one company account? Or do i have to literally go 1 by 1 or use a smart list and tag all relevant filters (I am guessing this is the most efficient way of doing it?)?

Hi @Richard Liu,

You can run Email Performance Report under Analytics tab to check the email opens and clicks.

For all contact from one specific account, you will definitely need to add a filter for that particular account.

There are several methods.

• EP Report - constrain with a smart list for that domain and the emails you care about. I doubt this will give the picture that requestor wants, but it will be the fastest method.
• Smart List with Was Sent Email or Clicked or Opened with Email Address CONTAINS @company.com and a date range. It will display a list of people.
• Activity Log - you can extract this with the Bulk API. If you have this setup already, great. If not, I don't see the value for a single firm.

Yeah I ended up just pulling a smart list.

I might have to investigate setting up the Bulk API as I can see it being useful for future references.
