Activity Log and Salesforce Mis-Match

Hey!

 

Was wondering if I can get some help since this is my first time encountering this problem:

 

I am going through a lead's activity log and I am noticing that one of the field updates has the campaign name next to the activity, but the problem is that the actual campaign doesn't update that field and when I click on the activity ID, the source of the activity says Salesforce. However when I click on the record history in Salesforce, it says that the field was updated by Marketo, any idea on what could be the cause of this?

Hey! It's you again, thanks for replying~

 

Here's what it does, it's pretty basic the rest of the flow steps are just sending an email out to internal people. The field that marketo says is being updated isn't actually part of the flow steps outlined here, but in the activity log, the update is associated with the campaign (right hand side of the activity log) and the source says SFDC, but in SFDC, it says the field is being updated by Marketo API (at roughly the same time too of the update too)

It's very easy to test if that situation applies here. Try to update the field from Marketo for a sample person!

Hey! So I updated it manually and it seemed to have worked fine -- I updated the field in a sample record and in Salesforce it was showing that the field was updated by the Marketo API and when I updated it in Salesforce it updated the field in Marketo and when I click on the Activity ID it's saying the source is from sfdc, which is correct. This time, there isn't a campaign tied to the activity!

Oh wait, I might have an idea -- so in the flow step it does have a flow step for Use Auto Assignment Rules, wondering if that may be the culprit

A flow step for converting the Lead? You still need to provide more screenshots of this setup. All the SL and all Flow steps.
