In our sandbox we see Account Info and Company Info. See the attached screenshot. What is the difference between these 2 objects?

Organizations data is stored on the Company object in Marketo whereas it is stored on the Account object in SFDC. When a instance is integrated with the SFDC, the custom, system, standard account fields that the sync user has access to are visible in the Account info tab, whereas the standard and system company fields that come OOTB are packed in the Company Info section. Fields in both the sections refer to the organization related data in Marketo (either standard/system maintained or the non-standard CRM/user maintained data). Once a person becomes a Contact record, the organization data associated with It cannot be changed from the person profile page, however, it can be changed from other input sources, e.g., Marketo flow steps, but that doesn’t stick and gets wiped away with the data present in the CRM when that Account record is updated next in the CRM.

Thanks for the clarification! Very useful.
When we sync SFDC Account with Marketo does the records in SFDC Account goes to both Company and Account Info section in Marketo?
From DB Model perspective, is this internally in Marketo one table but with separate logical section in UI or they are 2 separate underlying tables.
It seems we can't add custom field to Company Object but we can to Account Info object.
Well, the Company related data goes into the Company Info page on the person profile page. OOTB certain standard fields on the SFDC Account are mapped with Marketo's standard Company field.
Marketo stores all the organization data in one object called Company, SFDC's Account object fields are created/mapped with the ones already on the Company object on this one Company object itself. Also, I don't think users are able to create custom fields from Marketo on the Company object, you need to create the fields on the Account object and then give sync user the necessary permission to access that field, which is when those would be available in the Marketo.
One addition to adding custom fields to the Company object. There are actually two choices:
