Accordion Drop Down without Template Modification?

I'm trying to implement an accordion drop down, but everything seems to point that I'll need to create a new template that has the proper jQuery or CSS styles included in them.  I don't think there's a way around this (but would love to hear it if there was!), but my main question is whether either of these options below will be editable on a page by dropping an HTML element instead of hard-coding the template with all the content as well.

I've narrowed it down to these 2 options, but if there's an eaiser one out there I'm open to that as well!
CSS: http://tympanus.net/codrops/2012/02/21/accordion-with-css3/
jQuery: http://jqueryui.com/accordion/#default

When implementing the jQuery option, it doesn't work when I drop the DIV codes in an HTML element -- it all just comes out as text.

Any advice out there?  THANKS!!!

Hi JD, If you drag a custom HTML Element onto a Marketo LP and then paste the following (then Approve the LP) it works.  I performed no additional modifications to the Landing Page template.

  <link rel="stylesheet" href="//code.jquery.com/ui/1.11.3/themes/smoothness/jquery-ui.css">
  <script src="//code.jquery.com/jquery-1.10.2.js"></script>
