Wondering if anyone has tried to run A/B testing for emails that are HTML vs Text? We recently did this test and no one clicked on the text email. We are thinking this is a little odd - any ideas why this would be?
As a work around, you can probably do a multipart (HTML/Text version) email and test the link clicks on the HTML, and do another test just on a text-only version of the email to test the link clicks.
