Hi, Is it possible to determine which people opened/clicked on an A/B test? We'd like to try and model characteristics of people who prefer one type of messaging over another, but I don't know how to isolate the people who received and took action on an email test.
I think you'd be able to look at Was Sent Email or Email Was Delivered to determine this. You may also want to check the campaign members of the Email Send Program.
I'm not able to get that granular and select the email version, only the campaign (which includes both emails). Could this be fixed in the setup? Any other thoughts?
