Hello, when we create an email and are ready to send it, we must select a time that is 15 minutes beyond the current time. We would like to have the option to send it immediately, as we are publishing newsletters that are timely and a 15 minute delay is problematic. Is there a way around this delay?

Hello @brianmcgann ,
Certain Marketo sending mechanisms have a wait window like you mentioned; such as Email programs.
Create a batch campaign then go to the schedule tab, click "Run Once", and select "Run now" to do a send at that time vs waiting for the delay.
*There are other considerations to be aware of: batch vs email program, vs something else. But this should address the question around sending now vs waiting for a delay.
Thank you,
Oz

@Oz_Platero is correct.
I would also note that depending on your send volumes, things such as Dynamic Content and any email script tokens, emails will take much longer than 15 minutes to hit inboxes. But using a "Run Once" smart campaign will start that process 15 minutes earlier than an email batch campaign.
