Hi @kami

RCE stands for Revenue Explorer Reports. In this report, you add a period cost to a specific event or webinar, and you can see the cost per lead, new person, MQL (or success) and can see all costs by channel ( event, social media, advertising) in one place.

Not all Marketo Engage users have purchased this functionality. Contact the Adobe Account Team (your Account Manager) for details.

If you don't have RCE as an active feature in your instance, you can still add period costs and report at the program level—for example, each event.

If you do have RCE then here is a document to setup reports:

What all does adding this feature provide that would be useful from a Marketing stand point that you don't get without paying to add it? Basically, it is worth investigating it?

It all depends on budget, company needs and people (skills and resources).

RCE keeps all reporting in Marketo and is great for out the box reporting if you are lean on data analytics.

For basic reporting you can use the Program and people reports in Marketo and Smart lists based on program names/types/dates.

For more advanced reporting you can use PowerBi and your CRM connections.

Always define your reporting needs, goals, standards (point of truth) and agree with Marketing and Sales. Then you can discuss what resources, skills and budget you have in-house. If you need additional Marketo reporting then contact your Customer Relation Manager who can provide demos and advice.

Two great topics - naming convention and lead scoring.

I will make sure we cover those both and have naming convention early so you have a good logical start to build on.

As you get more experience from Practitioner to Expert then you can help your team and also encourage them to join the next cohort as a mentee.
