Hi @suanntan, These are the steps to take practice tests. The Exam Prep guide is a structured guide containing product docs links and content essential for the exam. I was able to access it on Friday but somehow it is giving 404 error for me as well.

I have mailed Jon and Nimasha regarding the exam prep guide issue, will keep you guys posted as soon as i get some update.
Meanwhile please go through the below topics from Marketo Product docs and community discussions:

Section 1: Administration and Maintenance (12%)

• Determine mapping process between Marketo and CRM 
• Identify what happened to an asset using the Audit Trail 
• Recognize differences between users and roles 
• Given a scenario, identify the best fit for using workspace and partitions 
• Identify CRM platforms with native Marketo synchronization
• Given a scenario, locate where information is referenced

I am postponing the Week 1 quiz till all of you have access to the Exam Prep Guide. Make sure you continue your learning from other resources and post your queries here. Make sure to proactively check this thread, else these weeks will fly by in no-time.
