I'm fairly new to Marketo, and began exploring the platform early this year. I'm looking forward to learning more about all of Marketo's capabilities, and becoming more proficient with delivering a variety of campaigns. I'm working towards writing the certification exam this year – I'm very excited to learn from everyone here!

🚀Let's rock on with the ⌛ schedule for the next 4 weeks and 4 key areas that you need to be familiar with on Marketo and definitely it's very helpful with your 🎓certification goals. As I have written 📚 exam questions for this certification since 2018, I highly recommend that everyone get familiar with this
I will be providing a quiz every Friday SG time so that you all can have the weekend to go through and I am also happy to answer any questions you may have.
[I think there could be an error only on in the current certification 🗎 guide AME Professional Exam Prep Guide (requires login) that I have feedback to @Jon_Chen so in the meantime, please refer to this instead]

With reference to the following screenshot for email insights, what can you understand regarding the click to open rate?
A. Click to open rate has improved based upon emails sent this month vs last month
B. Click to open rate has decreased, based upon emails sent last month vs the same time last year
C. Click to open rate has remained the same, based upon emails sent last month vs the same time last year
I hope everyone has been using their email insights for both analytics and send functions.

Apologies for the delay in answer.
The Correct answer would be 3. Create a segmentation with 4 product interests and 1 default. Set up 1 smart campaign and 1 email using dynamic content for product interest segment.
As Dynamic content takes the Personalization of the email to next step and the segmentation is required for that purpose.

The basics of segmentation will be tested. And it's most important to note that the segmentation has to be approved before the dynamic content can be used

Hi @mechan 👋,
I have a query regarding the List upload in Marketo.
When we do a list upload the last option that comes in the dialogue box is "List Import Mode" which contains 2 options Default and Skip new people and updates.
Now as I understand Default is updating every information that is mentioned into the excel CSV and then mapping the fields later on the next page. But for Skip new people and updates, I am little confused as what will happen in this. Can you please guide me on this?
