As a reminder, our program follows the professional certification prep guide. To access the guide, please ensure you are logged in with your Adobe ID.
As you independently review and study the items in each section, post any questions, personal experience or additional resources for the group to chat about.
The certification has four sections and our weekly quizzes will focus on a corresponding section with the bulk being on managing programs in Marketo (section 1) and audience management (section 3).
Section 1: Building and Managing Programs (39% of exam)
Section 2: Building Assets (19% of exam)
Section 3: Defining and Targeting Audiences (33% of exam)
Section 4: Analyzing and Building Reports (9% of exam)

I hope you're all doing well. My name is Mahalia Lea Otic, and I'm based in Manila, Philippines. I work as a Marketing Operations Specialist at 8x8, primarily focusing on email marketing. I've been using Adobe Marketo Engage for over four years now, and I'm excited to connect with other professionals who share my interest in this. While I haven't yet acquired a certification, I'm eager to deepen my knowledge and enhance my skills through this mentorship program.

I'm an experienced marketing professional with 7 years in marketing operations utilizing various marketing automation tools like Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, HubSpot and now Marketo. I have worked with multinational companies and startups which were involved in financial services, IT business solutions, e-commerce and cloud security. Throughout my career, my key focus areas have been end-to-end campaign management, CRM and process improvement.
